Choose the perfect accommodation
The house is located in San Marino, a quiet part of Lopar surrounded by nature. The two sandy beaches Livačina and Rajska plaža are very close to the accommodation, just a 5-minute walk away, so you don’t even need a car to go to the beach. The beaches are ideal for sand lovers and families with small children, but of course for all other ages. On the other side of Livačina beach, there is a long, beautiful rocky swimming area for nudists. Lopar has 22 beaches, so everyone can find their favorite cove.
All units include a dining area and a seating area with a TV, WIFI and air conditioning. Some units include a terrace and/or balcony with sea or garden views. The units also include an oven (only Ap.1), toaster, microwave, refrigerator, kettle and coffee machine. The kitchens have dishes and other kitchenware. If you need something and you can’t find it in the apartment, you can always ask and we will try to get it for you or give it to you. You can also use the washing machine, which is not located in the apartment (only in ap.1) but in the area that we will show you upon arrival. All units offer a private bathroom with a bathtub or shower, as well as a gas barbecue. Bed linen and shower towels are available, which we also change according to your needs. It is up to you to bring beach towels.
Smokers are asked to smoke on the balconies and outdoor areas. Dogs are welcome, but you must take care not to sleep on the couches and beds, but to bring them their belongings.
Below the house there is a large garden with two charcoal barbecues and a seating area with wooden benches and tables, as well as sun loungers, a children’s playground and a trampoline. In front of the house there is a large, spacious parking lot.
On the day of departure, you can be in the apartment no later than 10:00 am, and arrival is by arrangement, or when the apartment/s have been cleaned.
In the surrounding area there are restaurants, pizzerias, spaghetti restaurants, a funfair for children, an adrenaline park in the forest…
A shop and bakery are a few minutes away by car.
On the beaches there are fast food outlets, showers, the possibility of renting umbrellas and sun loungers, a beach volleyball area, beach bars, as well as renting pedal boats, boats, speedboats, jet skis, tubes, parachutes and similar attractions. Various boat and glass bottom excursions are offered to the nearby famous Goli otok, Grgur and to Baška on the island of Krk. During the day and until the evening hours you can also enjoy a ride on a tourist train through Lopar.
For the younger population who want to go out, there are also: Restaurant and bar La mar in the port of San Marino, Cocktail bar Bamboocho, Night club Millenium. Trstika beach bar, Sunset beach bar Livačina…
Arriving on the island of Rab is via the ferry port Stinica and approx. About 30 kilometers drive to Lopar and you can get directly to Lopar via the island of Krk, more precisely via the ferry port Valbiska.

Apartment 2 on the 1st floor Lila
Comfortable apartment with 2 bedrooms (up to 6 people) – each with a balcony and sea view, bathroom with shower, living room with kitchen and dining area, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, gas grill on the balcony and Wi-Fi.
Apartment 3 on the 1st floor - ORANGE
Apartment 3 (1st floor – ORANGE): Comfortable apartment for up to 6 people with 2 bedrooms (balcony with sea view), shower, living room with kitchen, air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen, gas grill, and Wi-Fi.
Apartment 4 on the 2nd floor Blue
Comfortable 2-bedroom apartment (up to 6 people) – larger room with balcony and sea view, smaller one with view of parking lot and greenery, bathroom with shower, living room with kitchen and dining area, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, gas grill on the balcony and Wi-Fi.
Apartment 5 on the 2nd floor – GREEN
Comfortable apartment for up to 6 people with 2 bedrooms (larger with balcony and sea view, smaller with parking and greenery view), bathroom with shower, living room with kitchen and dining area (TV + sofa), air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, gas grill on the balcony and Wi-Fi.
